Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Drive sales development for the eSteering product line in cooperation with the sales teams and business unit organization throughout the America.
  • Work with sales and marketing management to ensure focus on selling eSteering portfolio
  • Support account managers on technical and commercial aspects to promote and implement eSteering product
  • Partner with the engineering and product owners at foreign headquarters to articulate the customer needs into product requirements to develop appropriate products
  • Work with marketing department to create sales and promotion material for local market in the Americas region
  • Participate in trade shows and other conferences to understand local trends and sales leads
  • Ensure product price maximization by ensuring value proposition is communicated and presented to sales team and customers.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

●    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical), Business, or Marketing 
●    3 years experience with electrohydraulic steering technologies, including eSteering products and functional safety knowledge
●    1 year experience in business-to-business (B2B) original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales
●    Experience may be gained concurrently.
●    Permanent U.S. work authorization.
