The Impact You'll Make

As our Analyst, Warehouse , you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse and store operations that enable seamless customer deliveries and optimized inventory management.

You'll drive operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy, improving delivery performance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading high-performing warehouse teams across multiple locations.

You'll collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, EHS, Customer Service, Finance, and 3PL partners while taking ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, customer dispatches, audits, and continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse and store operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and 3PL operations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through FIFO practices, cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, and monthly inventory audits.
  • Drive customer delivery performance by ensuring error-free shipments, timely dispatches, proper packaging, labeling, E-way Bills, and advance shipment notifications.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams through recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a strong safety and compliance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, and regulatory standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949), while supporting CAPEX planning and continuous operational improvements

What We're Looking For

 

  • 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or store operations with strong expertise in inventory and warehouse management.
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in Material Management or a related discipline, with working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory planning, FIFO methodology, audits, customer dispatch, and 3PL management.
  • Proven leadership, people management, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational activities.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
