Job Description

Lead Anshan procurement team to meet quality, delivery, cost targets and other requirements, NDP project support.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive and support team members to finish roles and responsibilities, and KPI target. (Category Strategy)
2. Drive local team Marcro plan, roadmap and regular team meetings.
3. Dedicated new product development project support from AS.
4. Act as procurement representative in AS site management team.
5. Cooperation with Danfoss Procurement for Contract negotiation to meet maximum profit.
6. Other flexible or daily tasks to be assigned by manager.

Background & Skills

- Proactive and result-oriented self-starter with a high commitment and a positive, can-do attitude.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Category Management (direct materials) from Manufacturing companies. 
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Great negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple Suppliers and Stakeholders while navigating safely in complex relations
- Structural and good project management skill, Experience on leading projects with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in heating related industry as a plus. (Valves, stations etc.)
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Possibility to travel for business (up to 30% of working time)
