The Impact You'll Make

As our IAM Services Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) services that protect and enable Danfoss’s digital business.

Your impact? You’ll ensure secure and efficient access across multiple systems by managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and groups—directly contributing to cyber security, operational efficiency, and business continuity. Your expertise will help safeguard our digital assets while empowering colleagues worldwide to work effectively and securely.

You’ll collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a collaborative, innovative, and security-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, support, and provide consultancy on multiple IAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Guide and support business users and IT colleagues globally in IAM processes and tools.
  • Administer user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt.
  • Lead and execute enhancement initiatives to improve IAM services and processes.
  • Provide global technical support to end users, ensuring timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM or related areas.
  • Fluent English to collaborate effectively with a global team.
  • Strong knowledge of user rights management and tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience with IGA platforms—preferably Saviynt, but SailPoint, Okta, or similar is also valuable.
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and processes such as entitlement reviews and automation of access management.
