As our new CAD Drafter, you will provide support to the engineering team by creating and maintaining technical drawings, 3D CAD models and design documentation.
You will transform engineering concepts and designs into detailed technical documentation that enables the successful manufacturing, assembly, and servicing of Danfoss products, ensuring they meet our standards for innovation, quality, and reliability
What You’ll Be Doing

Create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models to ensure accurate and manufacturable designs

Translate customer requirements into technical documentation aligned with Danfoss standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and meet customer expectations

Execute design tasks based on Agile team priorities to ensure timely and transparent delivery

Apply design-for-manufacture principles to improve product quality and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or similar)
- Background in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience (Internship)
- Ability to work effectively in English and Spanish in a team environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate accurate technical information
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
