We are looking forward to meeting our next colleague in FICO Application Support Team who will support mainly the business in AMES region. 
The team´s role is to keep the business running smoothly and stable by applying the best solutions to our ERP systems. 
As a consultant in AS FICO Team, you have the opportunity to work with innovative, friendly, and inclusive teams, mainly supporting day-to-day operations in multiple SAP systems to ensure systems stability and service continuity.

You will report directly to AS FICO Manager who believes strongly in cooperation rather than competition. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following:

• Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions within targeted SLA
• Support Problems by taking tasks and coordinating with team members within targeted SLA
• Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions
• Sharing knowledge with other team members 
• SAP customization in cooperation with our Build team
• Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and Post go-live Support of existing platforms and modules
• Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision
• Minor degree of project management may occur
• Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members virtually or face to face

Required Qualifications:
    
•    Complete a relevant bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or computer engineering. 
•    3-5 years of working experience in SAP (S/4HANA) within FICO area

Preferred qualifications:

•    Additional qualifications in business or finance can also be beneficial.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:  
•    Over 3 years of working experience in SAP FICO
•    Able to apply the following competencies independently in all key elements of the position:
   o    SAP FI and CO modules - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA), CO Profitable Analyst (COPA)
   o    Integration with other SAP modules
   o    Knowledge of Idoc’s /interfaces
   o    Experienced in troubleshooting system & data issues
   o    Advantage: Specific Knowledge in VIM, RAR, Runbook, Blackline on the cloud,  Nota Fiscal (BR), TIS, e-integration
•    Service mindset with operation excellence
•    Good Communications skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment
•    Motivated and proactive, team player 
•    Fluent in English, both in writing and speech
•    Flexibility to deal with complex situations
