Job Description
We seek a Senior Front-end Developer to help us build and maintain great web products.
You will be part of the international Digital Customer Experience team, which includes more than 100 colleagues from all over the world. We develop, support, and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We combine business needs and IT into digital solutions.
You would work on location out of our Monterrey offices, with the option of working from home a couple of days per week if desired.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Development of new web applications using React JS/Typescript.
- Supporting already existing web products.
- Making sure Danfoss web products offer excellent performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Outlining ideas, tools, and practices for improving the development process in areas like; Automation, security, and audits.
- Diagnosing solution problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses and working to improve them.
- Writing great code together with the rest of the team—we emphasize collaboration through coding together, code review, and documentation.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Good English skills, both verbal and written, are a must. The minimum level is B2.
5+ years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of modern Typescript, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, HTML.
Deep understanding of React.js. Experience with React.js ecosystem frameworks like NextJS and libraries like Redux.
Experience with testing and test automation (unit, integration, e2e).
Experience with frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite)
Expertise in integrating and developing services via: OpenAPI, REST, GraphQL, and SOAP.
Experience with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.
Automated deployments (to PaaS infrastructure and IaaS).
Knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: Web components, Playwright, NodeJS, C#, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
