Job Responsibilities
Desired Knowledge
- Understanding of fixed, variable, direct, and indirect cost concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel for cost analysis, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables; experience with Power BI reports.
- Basic understanding of accounting movements, manual vouchers, auditing, and the importance of ethics and confidentiality in financial information management.
- Basic English.
- Advanced English.
Main Responsibilities
- Update and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including P&L, PPV, and consumption variance reports.
- Prepare and record manual vouchers during the accounting closing process, ensuring accurate transaction accounting.
- Analyze the income statement (P&L) to identify trends, variations, and deviations from the budget and forecasts.
- Actively participate in audits, providing reports and information requested by internal and external auditors.
- Participate in inventory counts across different business units.
