Job Responsibilities

Desired Knowledge

  1. Understanding of fixed, variable, direct, and indirect cost concepts.
  2. Proficiency in Excel for cost analysis, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables; experience with Power BI reports.
  3. Basic understanding of accounting movements, manual vouchers, auditing, and the importance of ethics and confidentiality in financial information management.
  4. Basic English.
  5. Advanced English.
     

    Main Responsibilities

  6. Update and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including P&L, PPV, and consumption variance reports.
  7. Prepare and record manual vouchers during the accounting closing process, ensuring accurate transaction accounting.
  8. Analyze the income statement (P&L) to identify trends, variations, and deviations from the budget and forecasts.
  9. Actively participate in audits, providing reports and information requested by internal and external auditors.
  10. Participate in inventory counts across different business units.
