Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a customer quality engineer  To support the Customer base from the Quality point of view addressing their concerns and/or complaints for product, processes and services related to the Product Portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Final review and release of 8D reports to ensure customer is satisfied with proper lead times and quality of response
  • Communicate and display customer Quality Issues.
  • Share with the supply chain the status of the loaded complaints and Monthly report of main complains and status.
  • To validate that the number of returned items represents the right sample  to solve the quality case and ensure parts are returned to the factory for investigation
  • Support coordination and gathering for Customer PPAPs (changes, new business or concessions
  •  To manage and inform to each  individual supply chain team about the external ppm level and ensure actions
