The Impact You'll Make

As an HR Intern, you will support key initiatives that shape the employee experience in our plant. Your work will help keep people informed, connected, and engaged through clear and creative communication.
 
You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, internal communication, and reporting, contributing to projects that directly impact daily operations and decision-making.
This role gives you exposure to real HR processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
 
You will collaborate closely with the HR team, learning how to turn ideas into actions while supporting initiatives that strengthen culture, organization, and employee relations.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Create and update internal communication materials and visual boards to keep employees informed
  • Design presentations, infographics, and HR campaigns to support engagement initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of employee events, ensuring smooth logistics and participation
  • Track and update HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) to support data-driven decisions
  • Assist in administrative follow-up of labor relations and HR action plans, ensuring proper documentation

What We're Looking For

 

  • Current student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, data handling) and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team while handling confidential information
