As a Talent Attraction Partner, Sourcing, you’ll play a strategic role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates for diverse roles across Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Software Development, and Corporate Functions.

From Monterrey, Mexico, you’ll connect with talent across continents and industries, building strong pipelines that support our global growth. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source and engage top talent for a variety of global roles, creating both immediate shortlists and long-term pipelines.
  • Leverage market intelligence and sourcing tools to identify candidates and ensure a seamless transition to Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Champion the Danfoss employer brand, delivering an excellent candidate experience for both active and passive talent.
  • Analyze talent data to identify market trends and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Continuously refine sourcing processes, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency and quality of hires.
 

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Business, HR, Psychology or equivalent, plus experience in Active Sourcing (ideally in an international context).
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, with a focus on candidate experience and sourcing excellence.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to interpret data to guide decisions.
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in challenging the status quo to implement new ideas.
