The Impact You'll Make
The HR Shared Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering centralized HR support across various functions. This position is responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across HR and business teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Pre-Payroll

Send reminder emails (Fridays & Mondays) for incident approvals

Validate and upload incidents: onboarding, salary changes, leaves, reimbursements, FONACOT, Infonavit

Resolve discrepancies before cutoff

HR Operations
-
Prepare resignation paperwor
-
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new employees.

Generate certificates, manage vacations, print payslips via +Orden

Respond to employee tickets and inquiries

Compliance & Improvement
-
Ensure IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit adherence

Propose and implement at least one automation or process improvement per year

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Accounting or related; payroll/HR certifications a plus

Experience: 2–4 years in payroll/HR operations; hands-on with Tress Revolution, +Orden, ticket systems and advanced Excel

Languages: English (B1–B2); basic Portuguese a plus

Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator, service-minded
