As our IT Automation & Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in designing, delivering, and scaling automation products that streamline engineering workflows, improve quality, and amplify engineering excellence with AI-driven capabilities. You’ll collaborate with professionals across infrastructure, service management, cybersecurity, and application teams, and take ownership of hands-on development and workflow optimization, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop Automation Solutions: Build automation scripts and tools using Python, C#, and PowerShell to streamline repetitive IT workflows and improve service delivery.

  • Integrate Systems: Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools like 8N8 to reduce manual touchpoints in user provisioning, software deployment, and reporting.

  • Optimize Workflows: Analyze current IT operations and collaborate with SMEs to test solutions, validate requirements, and thoroughly document automation logic and usage instructions.

  • Support DevOps Initiatives: Work within modern environments such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure cloud services to assist in designing and deploying early-stage infrastructure automation.

  • Continuously Learn: Explore advanced DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to enhance how we automate builds, deployments, and multi-step workflow validations.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, C#, or PowerShell) and a solid understanding of SQL databases for basic querying.

  • Development Tools: Familiarity with source control (Git-based workflows) and an eagerness to learn modern concepts like Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, or API design.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well in a cross-functional IT environment, coupled with strong communication and documentation habits.

  • Mindset: A strong problem-solving mindset with natural curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies in IT infrastructure and workflow orchestration.
