What You’ll Be Doing

Develop Automation Solutions: Build automation scripts and tools using Python, C#, and PowerShell to streamline repetitive IT workflows and improve service delivery.

Integrate Systems: Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools like 8N8 to reduce manual touchpoints in user provisioning, software deployment, and reporting.

Optimize Workflows: Analyze current IT operations and collaborate with SMEs to test solutions, validate requirements, and thoroughly document automation logic and usage instructions.

Support DevOps Initiatives: Work within modern environments such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure cloud services to assist in designing and deploying early-stage infrastructure automation.

Continuously Learn: Explore advanced DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to enhance how we automate builds, deployments, and multi-step workflow validations.
What We're Looking For

Educational Background: Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, C#, or PowerShell) and a solid understanding of SQL databases for basic querying.

Development Tools: Familiarity with source control (Git-based workflows) and an eagerness to learn modern concepts like Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, or API design.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well in a cross-functional IT environment, coupled with strong communication and documentation habits.

Mindset: A strong problem-solving mindset with natural curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies in IT infrastructure and workflow orchestration.
