Support daily import operations by assisting the team to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing

Review and audit invoices to help maintain accurate financial and customs documentation

Update and maintain system records to ensure visibility and accuracy of shipment data

Document shipments sent to customs agents to support compliance and traceability

Collaborate with team members to keep processes organized and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- To be currently studying International Business, International Relations, or a related field
- To be approximately 1 to 2 years away from graduation
- To have conversational English skills (written and spoken)
- To demonstrate a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- To enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to shared goals
