As our Jr. Manufacturing Eng , you’ll play a key role in supports process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
- Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment
- Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- People management ability.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering related roles.
- 1 year programming PLC
- Monday through Saturday availability, with occasional overtime required.
- Able to work in a 3 shift operation with availability to shift swap.
- Intermediate English
