What You’ll Be Doing

Lead equipment troubleshooting activities to quickly identify issues and restore production performance while minimizing downtime.

Support production and quality teams by resolving machine and process-related concerns to maintain stable and efficient operations.

Analyze equipment and process failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Apply automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC troubleshooting skills to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including leak testing, pressure drop testing, assembly stations, riveting equipment, and washing machines.
- Experience supporting CNC equipment and serving as a first-line technical resource for operators on machine and process issues.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues and support problem resolution (not mandatory)
- A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to working across multiple functions.
