The Impact You'll Make
As a Maintenance Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliable operations across both maintenance and manufacturing processes. Your work will directly support production continuity by improving equipment availability, reducing downtime, and driving long-term operational excellence.
You will serve as the technical owner of key furnace operations, helping to ensure stable processes, consistent product quality, and efficient equipment performance. By combining maintenance expertise with process ownership, you will create measurable value for customers and manufacturing teams alike.
Working closely with production, quality, and technical teams, you will help build a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production interruptions.
Drive structured root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
Manage critical spare parts strategies to ensure availability and reduce operational risk.
Own the technical performance of furnace operations, optimizing process parameters, equipment reliability, and manufacturing efficiency
.Partner with production and quality teams to deliver stable processes, consistent product performance, and continuous improvement results.
What We're Looking For

Experience leading maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on equipment reliability and performance.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and computerized maintenance management tools such as Maximo or similar platforms.

Experience supporting industrial furnace operations, thermal processes, or other critical manufacturing equipment.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across maintenance, production, and quality teams.
