What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and operational reliability.
- and implement proactive maintenance programs that reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve performance.
- Coordinate maintenance technicians, daily priorities, and shift activities to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues to support uninterrupted production.
- Manage spare parts availability and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely repairs and continuous operations.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven ability to build and execute preventive, predictive, or condition-based maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, facility systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
