The Impact You'll Make
You will play a critical role in keeping our scroll compressor operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. By leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance for our Apodaca site, you help ensure high equipment availability, stable processes, and consistent product quality for customers across the HVAC industry.
In this role, your work directly impacts productivity, cost, and delivery performance. You’ll turn technical challenges into opportunities for improvement while strengthening how we design, maintain, and operate our production lines.
Just as importantly, you’ll develop and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, building a culture of ownership, problem solving, and continuous improvement that supports long-term operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance activities across assembly, welding, testing, painting, and packaging processes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations
- .Maximize equipment uptime and reliability by driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and fast, effective technical response.
- Strengthen process control and quality through robust documentation, error‑proofing solutions, and disciplined change management.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction by improving throughput, increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and eliminating recurring losses.
- Develop and empower your team by coaching engineers and technicians, setting clear priorities, and fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance in a high‑volume industrial or assembly environment.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing processes and maintenance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Hands‑on experience with structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in both Spanish and English.
