As our Manufacturing Intern, you’ll play a key role in process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
- Document change-over and setups for assembly process.
- Follow up on preventive maintenances.
- Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, SPC, and quality tools.
- Studying bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Maximum 1 year to complete studies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- English desirable (B1/B2).
