Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving secure direct material deliveries to Danfoss factories at the right time and in the right quantity. The Planner will cooperate with suppliers and procurement to maintain required OTD (On-Time Delivery) levels, place orders for raw materials according to expected demand, and ensure close cooperation between planning and inbound logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

Secure direct material deliveries to Danfoss factories at the right time and in the right quantity.
Cooperate with suppliers and procurement to maintain required OTD levels.
Place orders for raw materials according to expected demand.
Secure order confirmation, follow-up, and update orders.
Ensure close cooperation between planning and inbound logistics.
Analyze and close blocked invoices.
Maintain safety stock, remove or establish safety stock, maintain manual when needed, and work with slow movers.
Support the process of stock accuracy control.
Support OLA (On-Line Availability) and drive SLA (Service Level Agreement) processes.
Secure logistic input (capacity & material flexibility, MOQ).
Use the zoning tool proactively to achieve the needed stock level.
Contribute to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) achievement: Inventory, DOI (Days of Inventory), cost savings.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and improvement process related tools, together with department colleagues, procurement, quality, and others across the supply chain.
Support innovative changes to existing setups.
Drive Inbound related RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving), participate in projects related to other functions.

Supply chain understanding - relevant education
SAP P01/P24/P13 & CDS View Knowledge, PP & MM module, PTP process, SNC/TMS/GTM
Microsoft office (Excel medium level)
Anaplan
Negotiation technique
Required Languages:

English (B2 and above)
Typical Experience & Background:

0-2+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree (commercial or logistics disciplines preferred)
