The Impact You'll Make

 

You will play a key role in building and scaling our next-generation sensor production, directly supporting safer and more sustainable cooling solutions. Your work will enable reliable, high-quality manufacturing from the ground up.
From installing and ramping new production cells to stabilizing high-volume output, you will help shape how we manufacture—ensuring strong quality, efficiency, and cost performance from day one.
This is an opportunity to join a newly established team where your ideas matter. You’ll collaborate across production, quality, and engineering to continuously improve processes and introduce new product variants that support our growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install and ramp new production cells to achieve stable, high-quality output and meet production targets
  • Define and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient manufacturing
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase first pass yield, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Lead root cause analysis to resolve production issues and minimize downtime
  • performance (KPIs) and take proactive action to maintain quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in manufacturing or process engineering in a production environment (e.g., mass production, industrial operations)
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, problem-solving, data-driven decision making)
  • Ability to analyze production data and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
