We are seeking a highly hands-on Production Manager who thrives on the shop floor, drives operational excellence, and leads by example.
This role requires a strong manufacturing leader who is actively involved in daily operations, problem-solving, employee engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a visible presence on the production floor manager, capable of making real-time decisions and developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
- Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Management leadership role.
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production environment.
