The Impact You'll Make
The Production Supervisor will ensure delivery in production lines Keep and develop the skills training workers. Deliver material according to production planned on-time. Keep the KPI´s in goal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop skills for deliveries on time with all the supply chain
- Payroll control and management
- Make sure all the deliveries of production orders are completed On-time
- Reports creation
- Participate in RCPS meetings and problem solving
- Keep the KPI´s in goal
- Solve 4 steps monthly (Ishikawa)
- Keep team updated with relevant information
