Como Practicante de Ingeniería de Producción en Danfoss, contribuirás directamente a mejorar la eficiencia, calidad y estabilidad de nuestras operaciones en planta. Tu participación ayudará a asegurar que los procesos productivos cumplan con los estándares y objetivos diarios.
 
Trabajarás de la mano con el equipo para identificar oportunidades de mejora y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave, generando impacto real en la productividad y reducción de desperdicios.
 
Esta posición es ideal para desarrollar experiencia práctica en manufactura, fortaleciendo tus habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas en un entorno dinámico.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Dar seguimiento al plan de producción diario para asegurar cumplimiento de metas operativas
  • Monitorear indicadores clave como eficiencia, scrap y OEE para identificar desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar procesos y reducir desperdicios
  • Apoyar en análisis de tiempos, movimientos y balanceo de líneas para incrementar productividad
  • Documentar procesos y dar soporte a problemas en piso para estandarizar operaciones y mantener la calidad

What We're Looking For

  • Estudiante activo de Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín)
  • Conocimiento básico de indicadores de producción y análisis de datos
  • Manejo básico de Excel para seguimiento y análisis
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente
  • Pensamiento analítico y actitud proactiva orientada a resultados
