What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update core employee data in global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support and administer workforce processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve data-related requests quickly and effectively.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, supporting continuous improvement.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of relevant work experience in HR administration or data management.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Service-oriented mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with an international mindset.
