The Impact You'll Make

As a Project Manager, HRIS & Shared Services, you will shape how thousands of employees across the Americas experience HR systems and digital services. You will connect global HR technology solutions with regional needs, helping create a simpler and more effective employee experience.

You will lead projects that improve how HR services are delivered across North and Latin America. Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will ensure technology solutions are practical, user-focused, and aligned with business priorities.

Your work will drive digital transformation, strengthen operational efficiency, and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in line with employee and business needs.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
  • Map and improve HR processes to ensure digital tools are intuitive, integrated, and support efficient ways of working.
  • Drive change management and adoption activities to help employees and stakeholders use new technologies with confidence.
  • Manage project plans, risks, progress, and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and achieve measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing HR technology, HRIS, or digital HR implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders, locations, or business functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee data management, payroll, talent, or workforce administration.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
