What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Actively learn and manage customer complaint registration and tracking in SAP (IQOS), understanding how accurate data drives resolution.
  • Engage in hands-on analysis of returned parts from customers, treating each case as an opportunity to improve diagnostic skills.
  • Develop clear and evidence-based reports (Failure Analysis Reports – FAR) and seek feedback to refine technical writing.
  • Collaborate across multiple factories, practicing professional communication and building cross-site teamwork skills.
  • Participate in 8D problem-solving processes, viewing challenges as opportunities to learn structured root cause analysis.
  • Update and maintain complaint notifications (D3/D8) in SAP with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Observe, monitor, and suggest improvements in Quarantine Warehouse processes, applying Lean thinking.
