What You’ll Be Doing

• • Monitor quality performance and lead follow-up activities that reduce scrap, defects, and customer-reported issues.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions to drive sustainable quality improvements.
  • Maintain quality documentation, calibration records, and audit readiness to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate the intake and initial assessment of customer complaints to enable timely resolution and learning.
  • Validate new products and production changes to ensure quality requirements are met before release.
