At Danfoss, we’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Quality team as a Quality Engineer Intern. Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Intern, you will support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving improvements through the following activities:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer complaints (e.g., PPMs, response time).

Assist in investigating and following up on customer complaints using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.

Monitor and track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Participate in internal audits related to customer complaint handling.

Support communication with customers by providing updates on the status of their complaints and related actions
Background & Skills
Your Background
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical student with a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Currently enrolled in a university program in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Basic knowledge of Minitab (preferred but not required).

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Strong analytical skills and effective communication.

Team-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
