Are you passionate about continuous improvement, data analysis, and driving quality in processes? At Danfoss, we’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Quality team as a Quality Engineer Intern. This opportunity allows you to apply your academic knowledge in a global, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Intern, you will support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving improvements through the following activities:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer complaints (e.g., PPMs, response time).

  • Assist in investigating and following up on customer complaints using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.

  • Monitor and track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

  • Participate in internal audits related to customer complaint handling.

  • Support communication with customers by providing updates on the status of their complaints and related actions

Background & Skills

Your Background

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical student with a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Basic knowledge of Minitab (preferred but not required).

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication.

  • Team-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
