What You’ll Be Doing
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems through release management, audits, and governance to ensure data integrity.
- Train and support global users with HRIS materials, guides, and documentation.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems (payroll, finance, analytics) and identify automation opportunities to boost HR efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Learning).
- Skills in system configuration, data management, and reporting (e.g., People Analytics/Stories).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical users.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in HR technology or systems administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with Time Management, payroll technologies, and HR tech integrations.
