The Impact You'll Make

As our new HR Systems Specialist, you will be the backbone of our global HR operations, ensuring the platforms that support thousands of our employees run flawlessly. Your work directly impacts the employee experience, making every interaction with our HR technology—from onboarding to daily support—seamless, intuitive, and efficient.

You will be the trusted expert for core platforms like ServiceHub (ServiceNow) and PeopleNow (SAP SuccessFactors). This is more than a maintenance role; it's your chance to be a problem-solver and a driver of continuous improvement, shaping a user-friendly digital environment for the entire organization.

By ensuring our systems are accurate and reliable, you empower our HR teams and business leaders with the data they need to make strategic decisions, directly contributing to Danfoss's success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will focus on ensuring the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.

  • Ensure our core HR platforms run smoothly through expert system configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Serve as a guardian of our people data, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and diligent issue resolution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for system users, providing timely support and clear guidance to our HR partners and employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support system updates, testing, and the rollout of new functionalities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting core HR Systems (HRIS, HCM), with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
  • customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills, able to support users with clarity and patience.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative spirit, with a genuine interest in improving HR processes through technology.
