The Impact You'll Make

 

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer trust by ensuring fast, transparent, and effective resolution of quality concerns. You will act as the voice of the customer within our organization, turning feedback and complaints into meaningful improvements across products and processes.
You will directly influence key customer metrics such as PPM performance, response quality, and satisfaction, helping the business deliver reliable and high-quality solutions. Your work will ensure that customer issues are not only resolved—but prevented from recurring.
By collaborating closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams, you will drive root cause problem solving and continuous improvement, contributing to a culture of quality and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

    • Lead customer complaint resolution using structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D) to deliver timely, clear, and effective responses
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence
    • Track and communicate quality performance (e.g., PPM, complaint trends) to drive data-based decisions and improvements
    • Coordinate containment actions and inspections with internal teams and external partners to protect customers quickly
    • Support customer audits and approvals (including PPAP and returns analysis) to ensure compliance and strengthen relationships

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in customer quality, manufacturing quality, or engineering roles with direct exposure to complaint handling
  • Hands-on knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze data and track quality metrics such as PPM, trends, or failure modes
  • Strong communication in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
