The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time. You will be at the center of a fast-moving supply chain environment, balancing demand, inventory, and production to deliver reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.
You’ll turn complex demand signals into actionable production plans, helping the business respond quickly to change while minimizing risk. Your ability to anticipate issues and communicate clearly will directly impact delivery performance and customer trust.
This is a high-visibility role where your insights will shape decisions across production, procurement, and customer-facing teams—making you a key driver of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate customer demand and forecasts into optimized production plans that ensure on-time delivery and efficient inventory use
- Monitor supply, material availability, and supplier performance to proactively mitigate risks and avoid disruptions
- Align cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales, and customer service) to deliver integrated and realistic execution plans
- Lead resolution of supply and delivery challenges, including customer escalations, to protect service performance
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting, and root-cause problem solving to enhance planning accuracy and visibility
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with a strong sense of ownership
