Job Description

The Specialist, Talent Acqusition, Attract, is responsible for maneging and implement the Employer Brandning process for the region/contry. That including maintenance and expansion of the external network on schools, colleges and universities.  Managing and koordinate events and exhibitionmaterial. Maintain internal network among mamagers and sponsors. Spotting talents among students, new educated and professionals. Coordinate collaboration with students in internship and projects. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Work with the manager to identify the key job responsibilies and criteria for success in order to source candidates effectively.
  • Review internal position ranking to make sure that budgets support market rates and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to maximize position exposure to target audiences. 
  • Responsible for evaluating sourcing options to measure effectiveness and return on investment.   (This includes working with third party recruiters, colleges and universities and other job placement agencies.)
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and
    expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate
    criteria
  • Responsible for reporting of recruitment metrics.  Responsible for post recruitment Hiring Manager satisfaction surveys and quality of hire surveys
  • Accountable for full interview agenda including assessment, scheduling meetings with interview team, travel arrangements, tours of facility, meals and community tours if applicable.

Background & Skills

 

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.   

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or another relevant academic background is required.
  • The perfect candidate will have experience with operational experience as an Talent Acquisition Specialist and preferably, come from a global industrial environment.
  • You identify and resolve issues independently, and you will show initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances. 
  • As a person, you have a high level of empathy, and you are a people person.
  • You have a global mindset and outstanding communication and presentation skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.
