Your impact? By assisting with direct tax calculations and accounting reconciliations, you will help safeguard the company's compliance and optimize internal tax processes. Your work ensures that key tax data is precise, structured, and ready to support effective business decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with local tax specialists, accounting, and finance teams, and take ownership of fundamental tax workpapers, helping us move toward a more efficient and compliant future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead tax support activities to deliver accurate workpapers for monthly and annual Income Tax (ISR) calculations.

  • Support internal stakeholders by analyzing data and validating information for payroll taxes (ISN) and employee income tax retentions (ISR por Sueldos y Salarios).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-tax reconciliations and reviews of periodic tax filings.

  • Use your skills in tax analysis and data validation to improve tax account reconciliations and support process automation initiatives.

  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we manage tax documentation, files, and internal reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in accounting principles or tax coursework and a strong ability to support direct tax calculations (ISR, ISN, Payroll Tax).

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software, or eagerness to learn ERP systems like SAP and tax automation tools.

  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across Finance, Accounting, and HR.

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken) to interact effectively in a global corporate environment.

  • A mindset of continuous improvement and attention to detail to ensure tax accuracy and operational readiness.
