The Impact You'll Make
At Danfoss, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced manufacturing equipment. Your work will help keep semi-automated production lines, robotic cells, and forming equipment operating efficiently, supporting product quality and customer commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment issues to restore production safely and efficiently.
- Maintain PLC-controlled systems, servo drives, sensors, motors, and industrial equipment to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Analyze recurring failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions that improve long-term reliability
- Apply lockout/tagout and machine safety practices during maintenance activities to protect people, equipment, and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or University Technical Degree (TSU) in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, completed with an official diploma or certificate.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in high-volume manufacturing environments such as automotive, metalworking, HVAC, or similar industrial operations.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation systems, including PLC-controlled equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical documentation, and independently respond to high-priority equipment failures in a production environment.
- Experience using industrial maintenance management systems and diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, insulation resistance testers (Megger), thermal imaging cameras, and clamp meters.
