As a key member of our team, you will own critical responsibilities in product selection, value proposition development, and system design across HVAC, Precision Cooling, Marine, and Industrial Heat Pump applications

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support our Japanese strategic partner and business developers in supporting the design of advanced cooling systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in product selection, system design, and value proposition development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all designs.
  • Act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, precision cooling, and industrial heat pumps.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and traveling extensively within Japan (approximately 40-60%) and periodically outside Japan for meetings and training..
  • Experience in application engineering or technical support roles preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
