You will play a key role in strengthening Danfoss’ presence in Northern Finland, a region with strong growth potential and long-term customer relationships. As our local face in the market, you will help customers adopt energy-efficient hydronic solutions that support more sustainable buildings and infrastructure.
This role gives you the opportunity to build and own your territory. With no legacy setup in the region, you will shape how Danfoss is perceived, trusted, and chosen by customers across the HVAC value chain.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, wholesalers, designers, and other key stakeholders to grow sales across Northern Finland
• Develop your territory by identifying new opportunities and positioning Danfoss’ hydronic solutions to meet customer needs
• Act as the trusted advisor for customers, helping them understand how our portfolio supports modern HVAC and building requirements
• Drive project-based sales from early dialogue through to closing, ensuring a strong Danfoss presence in local projects
• Represent Danfoss professionally in the market while collaborating closely with your sales colleagues and support teams
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within HVAC, construction, building services, or a related technical field
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a large geographic area
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the motivation to create opportunities and open doors
• Fluency in Finnish and a good working level of English, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Finland as part of a field-based role
