The Impact You'll Make

As our Associate Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Factory Services and the Inventory Control team by providing accurate data, improving material flow, and helping drive safe and consistent standards across the plant.

Your impact? You’ll strengthen plant-wide material flow by identifying gaps, supporting corrective actions, and ensuring teams have the information they need to make solid, data-driven decisions. Your work will reduce non-conformance, improve accuracy, and support safer, more reliable operations for everyone who depends on correct material flow.

You’ll collaborate with Factory Services, Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, Assembly, and other plant departments. You’ll take ownership of data collection, PFEP information, and compliance tracking, helping us move toward a more efficient and consistent material flow future.

This is a 1st Shift position, with work hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use SAP and advanced Excel reporting to provide Factory Services with accurate data for informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Gather and document accurate data for PFEP analysis and improvement work.
  • Monitor and enforce plant-wide compliance with material flow standards; identify, report, and correct deviations.
  • Support redesign and optimization of roller rack layouts to improve flow and efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent labeling standards across all areas to improve organization and identification.
  • Identify materials that do not meet safe material flow practices (weight, size, packaging, orientation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with assembly, machining, and logistics to address inventory and material flow concerns.
  • Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines to keep workflow moving.
  • Make recommendations to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist the Inventory Technician team as needed.
  • Work with external suppliers, including the factory 3PL provider, to ensure material flow standards are followed.
  • Work with external suppliers and intercompany partners to ensure the right product is delivered when production needs it.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Five (5) to six (6) years of related experience preferred.
  • Required Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience, including material movement, warehouse functions, and inventory management systems.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Excel, along with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of Standard Work with the ability to create, update, and maintain SW documents.
  • Quality-driven and process-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess and respond.
  • Able to communicate clearly with internal and external partners, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible and able to shift tasks with little notice.
  • General knowledge of inventory controls and inventory flow.
  • 4-Step problem-solving training preferred.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.

While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is at a level the company requires hearing protection.
