Como Coordinador de Almacén, serás una pieza clave para garantizar el flujo oportuno y preciso de materiales, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los planes de producción y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos.
Como Coordinador de Almacén, trabajarás de manera cercana con diferentes áreas para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales y el flujo eficiente de la operación:
- Producción,Planeación, Compras, Logística y Embarques, Calidad, Ingeniería, Mejora Continua y EHS.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Supervisar las operaciones diarias del almacén.
✅ Asegurar la recepción, almacenamiento y surtido de materiales de manera eficiente.
✅ Mantener la precisión de los inventarios mediante conteos cíclicos y auditorías.
✅ Coordinar al equipo de almacén para cumplir objetivos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
✅ Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y desarrollar planes de mejora.
✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, políticas y estándares de seguridad.
✅ Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Planeación, Compras y Logística para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
What We're Looking For
✔ Licenciatura en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carrera afín.
✔ Experiencia mínima de 3 años en almacenes y control de inventarios.
✔ Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
✔ Conocimiento en sistemas ERP y herramientas de control de inventarios.
✔ Manejo de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
✔ Habilidades de organización, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
✔ Conocimientos en seguridad, 5S y mejora continua.
