You won’t just be designing a component; you will be the driving force behind a complete system. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and efficiency of next-generation technologies in data centers, power electronics, and high-performance computing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced liquid cooling systems, guiding them from the initial concept and design phases through to production readiness.
- Act as a key technical partner for our customers, translating their needs into detailed engineering specifications and robust system architectures.
- Drive critical system-level design decisions, optimizing for thermal efficiency, fluid dynamics, manufacturability, and reliability.
- Define and lead the complete validation and testing strategy, using structured problem-solving to resolve technical challenges and ensure flawless performance.
- Lead cross-functional technical reviews, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with our component, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronic, or a related engineering field, with at least 5 years of experience in system or sub-system development.
- Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal system design, preferably with experience in liquid cooling.
- Proficiency with CAD software (like SolidWorks or Creo) and familiarity with simulation tools for CFD and thermal analysis.
- Proven experience working directly with customers to define technical requirements and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both internal teams and external partners.
