Job Description
Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administration Analyst to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
• Manage and follow the order flow of FRL sales in NAM ensuring that all operational steps are executed appropriately
• Support stakeholders in implementing any changes or unique requirements requested by customers
• Share Reporting/Data (as stated above) while also working with relevant stakeholders (eg. Finance or IT) to ensure our local data/reporting needs are met
• Handle inbound calls from customers with questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services.
• Partner with customers in conversation over phone or email to determine what products they need and when.
• Collaborate with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
• Conduct analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs.
• Supporting fellow team members, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
• 3+ years’ work experience within a manufacturing company preferred.
• 2+ years’ Call Center or Contact Center experience.
• Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and able to create good dialog with customers.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Excel preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish (this position is to work in Mx reporting to a manager in the US)
