The Impact You'll Make

As a Delivery Performance Excellence Expert, you’ll help Danfoss strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance and improve delivery to customers across a global manufacturing network of more than 100 factories

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn complex supply chain challenges into practical improvements. From planning and procurement to manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, your work will directly influence delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The position requires approximately 70% travel to support our various locations, including on-site transformation projects that may involve deployments of two to three months. When not traveling, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects to improve delivery performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
  • Improve delivery and inventory performance using continuous improvement methods, performance management, data, and structured problem-solving.
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops and end-to-end process mapping to identify root causes, remove constraints, and build sustainable improvements.
  • Develop and standardize supply chain processes to enable effective solutions across our global manufacturing network.
  • Build capabilities across teams through coaching, mentoring, and Train-the-Trainer activities that strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, with hands-on expertise in areas such as S&OP/SIOP, planning and forecasting, procurement, warehouse management, transportation, or customer relationship management.
  • Practical experience leading or supporting supply chain transformation in manufacturing, either within an industrial organization or through consulting.
  • Strong analytical and digital capabilities, including hands-on experience with SAP, planning and forecasting systems, Power BI or SAP BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment, combined with strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 70% of the time, including supporting transformation projects on-site for extended periods.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like  annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you’re energized by solving complex supply chain challenges, working across cultures, and seeing your improvements translate into better customer and business results, we’d like to hear from you.

You don’t need to match every experience perfectly to make an impact. If you bring strong supply chain expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the curiosity to learn and collaborate, we encourage you to apply.
