Product Expert - Customer Support Cooling, Electronic Controllers and Services

Job Description

Danfoss Cooling, Electronic Controllers and Services, is looking for a Position as Product Expert for our Product Support Team and for our Electronic Controller Products. 
 

In this position you will have full value chain responsibility to service our colleagues with technical answers and solutions on incoming technical cases and requests. Further You will be our regional point of contact in a global position. The office location is in Grodzisk Mazowiecki with flexibility for traveling to site visits when needed. You will work cross functional with other departments like Product Management, DevOps Engineering Teams, Sales and local Service, Production and Quality. You will work inside a dynamic agile team where taking ownership is a daily task, to secure Service, Support and Solutions for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
•    Support our customers via salesforce ticket and provide technical solutions 
•    Developing new application software solutions for our actual hardware platform
•    Test and analyze reported claims or internal provided solutions on our Test setups 
•    Distinguish between opportunities and quality cases and support to develop solutions with our programmable controllers or our overall portfolio solutions.
•    Built strong relations to cross functional colleagues in PM, DevOps, R&D, Sales, Local Service and Supply Chain
•    Support the organization with a ‘one way of working’ together with functional departments and colleagues
•    Take ownership and act as the advocate to our customers
•    Take ownership on urgent field services where programmable solutions or analysis will be required.
•    Support the Project Development, Create and provide Trainings, literature review support activities, videos, technical assistance on field-test activities, product launch web-sessions, 
•    Support on our journey to support the regions with FAQ´s & Video´s, SW & Product files, knowledge sharing materials, education & trainings, creation of application SW & solutions, field service opportunities/analysis support, 
•    Reporting quality cases and involve team-members as well as do the follow up
•    Create the bridge towards our Digital Services Team and support them with our Product knowhow when needed.

• To be considered for this position you must have several years of working experience as Cooling and System Technician or as Cooling Technical Support within electronic controls, and you must have practical application knowledge and know the functions and the thermodynamics of a cooling system.
• You must have skills on SW programming for programmable controllers or plc´s.
• Beneficial is to have already experience with the Danfoss Electrical Controllers portfolio and their protocols, integrations, and possibilities with the Danfoss Controllers families as e.g., MCX-series.
• If you have knowhow on other Competitor Products and can support and provide cooling application solutions, it’s a plus.
• Another plus would be if you know ticket and production systems like SalesForce and SAP.
• You have skills towards Tool’s chain technologies. You are Engineer or Technician and have a bachelor’s degree.
• On a personal level, you are customer oriented, have a positive attitude and are calm in a communication also in stressing situations.
• You are structured, pro-active and take ownership and have good understanding of end-to-end processes.
• You are used to have more balls at the same time in the air without losing focus.
• You have a team spirit and want to deliver strong results every day. Since we work across cultures and geography in a global matrix organization, it is a necessity that you have good cultural understanding and good English skills both written and spoken.
