Reporting to the Sr Customer Service Manager, the eCommerce Driver will proactively lead and drive customer adoption of eCommerce and EDI solutions for our customers using effective project management skills. This role will also train and help motivate our Sales teams to present eCommerce solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Drive eCommerce adoption with Danfoss North American customers
  • Lead EDI implementations with customers, including guiding customers through the process
  • Train and equip the Sales team to present eCommerce and EDI solutions to customers
  • Gain support and achieve results through indirect leadership and influencing skills
  • Coordinate and lead interactions between customers and the Danfoss IT team Lead initiatives for eCommerce improvements
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot EDI issues
  • Manage and implement new ways of working and driving creation of new, efficient eCommerce tools Lead projects and initiatives to improve the Customer Service processes
  • Provide reporting of eCommerce effectiveness, status and results Improve service levels and drive performance
  • Assess and manage quality issues pertaining to the processes
  • Support Danfoss segments to further eCommerce adoption and overall productivity improvement Leading other projects and initiatives as needed
  • Training and communication to the Customer Service team and other Danfoss departments

Background & Skills

 

  • Proven track record of implementing EDI Proven ability to lead projects and implement improvements
  • 3-7 years of eCommerce implementation experience Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with customers to set-up and troubleshoot EDI connections Self-driver, showing initiative
  • Experience with implementing operational / process changes to improve existing processes
  • Experience with process flows, flow diagrams and metrics preferably in manufacturing SAP experience and CRM System (SalesForce.com) preferred
  • Excellent customer awareness and decision making/problem solving capabilities
  • Able to train others in proper following of processes Strong in building and maintaining relationships Microsoft Office experience High standards of accuracy and attention to detail A positive 'can do' attitude towards problem solving
