The Impact You'll Make

As our Maintenance Engineer (C License), you will play a critical role in ensuring reliable plant operations by maintaining manufacturing equipment, utilities, and electrical infrastructure while supporting IMS compliance.


Your contribution will drive improved equipment uptime, reduced breakdowns, enhanced safety standards, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.


You will collaborate with Production, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and Operations teams to build a safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and plant availability.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain electrical systems, utilities, compressors, machinery, panels, and plant infrastructure to ensure operational continuity.
  • Drive IMS compliance through documentation management, audit support, statutory adherence, and implementation of ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, energy efficiency projects, and maintenance best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical engineering with valid C License.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment with strong hands-on exposure to electrical and industrial equipment.
  • Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, utilities, electrical systems, and plant infrastructure.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC systems, maintenance documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, auditors, and stakeholders.
