As our Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of customer orders across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle. Through proactive coordination with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and global manufacturing sites, you will contribute to reliable order fulfilment, commercial excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

Your contribution will improve customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, escalation resolution, and operational performance while supporting sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, confirmation, fulfilment, invoicing, delivery coordination, and commercial administration, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for order-related inquiries and escalations, proactively resolving service, delivery, pricing, credit, and documentation issues through effective cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and global manufacturing sites to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery commitment adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer and commercial master data; support partner onboarding, agreement renewals, rebate administration, and logistics compliance; and generate business reports to drive operational performance and informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, commercial policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and QMS/IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001) while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 3 to 6 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Logistics, or commercial operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, commercial terms, customer order management, trade compliance requirements, and partner administration processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems, along with proficiency in customer master data management, business reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer handling, communication, escalation management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, and contractual conditions, as well as QMS/IMS requirements including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, combined with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
