Job Description

We are in search of a Senior Sales Engineer for our complete portfolio of Industrial Refrigeration products in Thailand. The candidate will report to the Climate Solutions Head.

 

Areas of Responsibilities


We see F&B as an area with high growth potential. From a sales point of view, the Sales Engineer has the following key priorities:
 

  • Develop sales growth via partners, contractors, OEMs and end users creating push and pull
  • Manage and follow through on strategic opportunities via partnerships

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Ensuring consistent and sustainable high growth with a strong and healthy pipeline
  • Manage partners pricing, pipeline and development and proactively avoid conflicts
  • Drive for continued improvement in customer satisfaction
  • Establish a sales budget for assigned clients
  • Defining, developing and implementing country growth plans for industrial refrigeration
  • Meet sales targets and continuously grow market shares. Quote, negotiate and close sales deals/orders and projects
  • Lead strategic customer meetings including quarterly review meetings with partners and key customers
  • Active participation in marketing activities (i.e. exhibitions, surveys, seminar, etc.)

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Business or Engineering degree, with proven experience in sales and marketing and business development within Industrial Refrigeration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related role, especially project sales’ background
  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration engineering
  • Knowledge of refrigerant market and Industrial Refrigeration applications
  • Ambitious and with a strong sense of urgency, self-starter
  • Proven track record in driving initiatives, results and engagement via others
  • Structured and transparent approach with CRM at the core – Danfoss uses SalesForce
  • Entrepreneur mindset with high level of energy and confidence and strong appetite for challenges and winning
  • Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
  • Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization
