Project Sales Manager-District Heating

Job Responsibilities

•Reinforce the sales development of Heating product & Solution in Shanxi\Inner Mongolia\Beijing
•Generate and develop relationships with new and potential customers in the assigned territory
•Develop feasible sales plan and build up comprehensive customer database
•Sales Channel development and management
•Develop, qualify, follow up and close sales opportunities
•Effectively execute pricing, order following up, payment policy, product claim coordination and relevant sales management rule
•Coordinate and communicate cross-regional project information with sales teams in other geographies
•Comply with the order pricing management policy

 

Background & Skills

•Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical, electric engineering, industry automation
•Have at least three years work experience in the field of heating or HVAC industry
•Good English ability and computer skills
•Excellent sales skill
•Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill, teamwork spirit
•Can work under pressure and frequent business travel
•Priority: have knowledge and experience related Heat meter, Valve and Heating Substation business, or working background of Heating Design Institute
